critical

Critical observers must execute successfully for the event processing to be considered successful. They execute synchronously and their exceptions are propagated to the event producer.

safe

public static final Observes.Kind safe

Safe observers execute asynchronously and only if no critical observers have failed. Their exceptions are logged but not propagated.

resilient

public static final Observes.Kind resilient

Resilient observers execute asynchronously regardless of critical observer failures. Their exceptions are logged but not propagated.

valueOf
