public interface OperationValidator
Callback hook for validating an in-progress write operation against the full set of instances it affects, once that set is fully known (e.g. after an Avalanche Effect propagation has resolved every instance touched by a create/update/delete).

      Parameters:
      affectedInstances - map of affected instances during the operation
      Returns:
      true if the operation is valid, false otherwise
      Throws:
      org.gcube.informationsystem.resourceregistry.api.exceptions.ResourceRegistryException - if validation fails or runs into database error
