 DepthLabels depthLabels)

Parameters:

liveDepths - the live Contexts, keyed by UUID, with their depth

depthLabels - the label of each depth

Returns:

the figures of the instances group computed by scan()

getConnectivity

public List<org.gcube.common.health.api.Figure> getConnectivity()

Returns:

the figures of the connectivity group computed by scan()

scan

          throws org.gcube.informationsystem.resourceregistry.api.exceptions.ResourceRegistryException

Scans every instance and computes both groups.

Throws:

org.gcube.informationsystem.resourceregistry.api.exceptions.ResourceRegistryException - if the database cannot be read
