Access	Read-only public REST facade under /access, mirroring the read endpoints of ContextManager, TypeManager, InstancesManager and QueryTemplateManager for callers that only need query/read access.
InfoManager	The general information of the registry, served without a token: the path is an excludes entry of application.yaml, so no request handler of SmartGears runs and there is no caller to authorize.
